Congratulations: you made it to the Delivery Information Page, so you are well on your way in making the best purchase this Summer!

Here you'll find all you need to know about your delivery. Then get ready for your first garden party: line up the invites, food shopping and the artisan beer delivery!

2-Person Delivery Service - £99 flat rate for England, Wales and Scotland

Our own team delivers directly from our warehouse to your garden. They will call you to arrange a delivery date. We aim to deliver between 5-10 working days.

Please bear in mind that it might take longer if you live in the extremities of England, Scotland or Wales. If you live really far away, we might have to make alternative arrangements for your delivery. In any case, we will talk you through it!

On delivery, your furniture will be unwrapped, assembled and checked for damages. If there are any issues, our team will take pictures, so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, due to the cost we can't take back the packaging. It is free for you to dispose of, but as a company it costs a lot of money, which we would have charge to you... 

Contact Telephone Number - Please make sure you provide us with a Mobile Number in case of delay or trouble locating your property.

    Failed Delivery - If nobody is home after arranging the delivery date and you have not been in contact regarding a safe place, we will have to charge for the redelivery. The team will try everything to make the delivery successful, but can't leave the furniture without your consent. The price for redelivery depends on your postcode area. Prices are from £99 including VAT.

    Damages - If there are small issues, we can resolve those for you by sending out replacement parts or a replacement product.

    Unforeseen Circumstances - 99% of our orders are delivered on the booked delivery date, but it can happen that due to unforeseen circumstances the delivery can't take place on the booked date. The delivery company will contact you as soon as they are aware and will rebook your delivery. We cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience caused. 

    At this moment we are only able to deliver to England, Wales and Scotland.
